We have a fixed fee structure in place for all verification of use enquiry instructions so you will always know the costs involved before instructing us.
Cerberus personnel can either speak or have easy access to a speaker of the following languages; Turkish, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Portuguese, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and Arabic. This allows us to offer international verification of use enquiries at a very competitive rate. We attempt to turnaround instructions within 48 hours wherever possible; we do not charge clients extra fees to turnaround instructions within a short time frame.

Methodology:

• We use our in-house databases and searching tools to locate the target company, individual or outlets.
• We search the relevant trade and media publications, listings and databases.
• We determine an Internet presence, if there is one.
• We make covert approaches directly to the target (unless inappropriate) using our experienced and professional investigators to discretely uncover sensitive information. We use specifically set up front companies; which have dedicated telephone, fax lines, emails, business cards, stationery and bank accounts that can trade in pounds, euros or dollars. We can determine the use of a mark, the geographical location, the length of use and on which products the mark is being used or such other information that our client may need.
• If the target is sensitive and a direct approach cannot be made then contact is often made with competitors or other third party companies to ascertain the same information.
