Due Diligence

Before entering into a joint venture partnership, or purchasing a company or entity, many of our clients want the comfort of knowing that they hold the full information on this company. They want to avoid any nasty surprises after they have signed agreements or transferred money.

We have expertise, worldwide, at building up a profile of our clients’ prospective joint venture partners. We can create detailed reports on companies, which vary from country to country, depending on the local laws. All searches will include historic research to check that the company has no history of insolvency, criminal activity, fraud or links with organised crime.

We also build up a profile of the key directors/owners of the company to ensure that individually they are not bankrupt, fraudsters or linked with organised crime.

We provide financial data on the companies, so as to build up a picture of the activity of the company and the size (number of staff, offices, partners etc).

Sometimes clients require very specific pieces of information about a company – and we are very used to being asked to uncover this. We pride ourselves on being able to think outside of the box; so as to find a way of obtaining a piece of sensitive information discretely.
